The Journal of Critical Care Medicine (JCCM) maintains a strict separation between commercial interests and editorial integrity.

Editorial Independence: Advertisers and sponsors have no influence over editorial decisions, peer review, or publication timing.

Right of Refusal: All advertisements are subject to approval by the Editorial Team, which reserves the right to reject or cancel any ad at any time.

Non-Endorsement: The appearance of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement by JCCM. Ads must be clearly distinguishable from editorial content.

Pharmaceutical Standards: Advertisements for proprietary pharmaceutical products must include the generic, chemical, or official name.

Transparency: Authors must disclose all conflicts of interest and acknowledge any commercial support related to their research.
